Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Representative for ADT Security Services, focused on account follow-up, debt management, and comprehensive solutions to strengthen customer relationships. At ADT Security Services, we are currently looking for a Collections Representative for the Customer Care Division, supporting the Subscriber Argentina business unit, reporting to the Collections Supervisor. In this role, you will be part of a service-oriented team that values precision and timely follow-up, contributing to clear, organized, and professional collections management. **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct timely and accurate account follow-ups and collections activities. * Manage customers with outstanding debts, promoting payment regularization and ensuring service continuity. * + Provide comprehensive solutions to strengthen customer relationships and support retention. + Place the customer at the center of every decision, continuously improving their experience and satisfaction level. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. (Mandatory) * Valid secondary school diploma. (Mandatory) * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, in a hybrid mode at our offices located in Boulogne. * Ability to communicate clearly, maintain organization, and consistently track all activities. * Customer orientation, strong willingness to collaborate, and sound judgment to handle sensitive situations professionally.
