Job Summary: Lead the comprehensive physical security, monitoring, and access control strategy to protect people, assets, and facilities, ensuring compliance with protocols and rapid response to contingencies. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the comprehensive physical security and access control strategy. 2. Manage security equipment, CCTV, alarm systems, and security systems. 3. Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans. **Job Objective:** Lead the comprehensive physical security, monitoring, and access control strategy to ensure protection of people, assets, and facilities (gaming rooms), guaranteeing protocol compliance and rapid response to contingencies. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Equipment Management:** Direct supervision of security personnel and CCTV operators; shift scheduling and training. * **Technical and Physical Security:** Management of CCTV, alarm, and access control systems, with special focus on sensitive areas (servers, treasury, electrical sectors). * **Investigation and Prevention:** Incident detection and documentation, preparation of reports for management, and ongoing procedural audits. * **Crisis Management:** Coordination of emergency response and evacuation plans, collaborating closely with Systems, Maintenance, and Management departments. **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in leadership security roles, preferably in 24/7 operational environments (casinos, banks, hotels, shopping centers). * **Key Competencies:** Solid knowledge of security technology (CCTV/access control), analytical ability, sound judgment, authority, and personnel management skills. * **Availability:** Ability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.
