ABOUT THE ROLE As a **Junior Trade Marketing Analyst (12-Month Project)** at SC Johnson, you will have the opportunity to jointly implement the Trade Marketing operational plan with your team. You will support competitive and market analysis for category brands, as well as manage operational execution at point-of-sale across all channels. This role has a regional scope (Southern Cone) for brand strategy definition and a local scope for execution. Execute and implement marketing strategy in collaboration with the Sales function, ensuring that Customer & Trade Marketing initiatives translate into concrete results across various distribution channels. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute channel- and customer-focused marketing plans (commercial programs, packs, activations, POP materials). * Analyze market and competitive information for channels/customers. * Manage budgets for assigned categories. * Monitor volumes and forecasts for assigned categories through sell-in and sell-out analysis. * Develop new product launch plans across all channels. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE * Professionals or soon-to-graduate candidates in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in Customer/Trade Marketing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is ideal. * Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting). * PowerPoint proficiency (executive presentations). * Analytical ability and interpersonal skills. DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES * Proactive attitude. * Analytical capability and results orientation. * Communication skills to interact effectively with sales representatives and internal Marketing teams as well as external agency partners. * Prior experience in Trade Marketing or Supply Chain. REQUIREMENTS * Full-Time. * Remote work once per week for eligible employees. * Fixed-term contract (12 months). * This position is not eligible for relocation.
