We have revolutionized the gaming industry by designing and operating the world’s most streamed and interactive casino tables and slot games. **Job Description** Evolution is seeking an Academy Trainer to assume responsibilities for training new and experienced Game Presenters and Shufflers on all functions they will perform in the studio. Training will be conducted at the Academy. This role is crucial to the continued development and success of Evolution and its employees. Responsibilities * Prepare and update training materials and sessions, assuming full responsibility for them. * Report system or chat-related incidents to the technical department and other relevant departments. * Ensure trainees correctly learn the required skills for each game. * Assist in the continuous development of the training and recruitment program. * Stay constantly updated on procedural changes and assess/report their impact on the training program to the manager. * Report illnesses and/or schedule changes to the manager. * Attend meetings, retraining sessions, and improve work quality as needed. * Assume responsibility for completing tasks both within and outside working hours. * Arrive punctually at the designated workplace wearing appropriate attire/uniform. * Report any team member’s non-compliance with company standards, procedures, or legal requirements. * Ensure trainees follow all procedures, legal requirements, and disciplinary policies. * Comply with any reasonable company request related to business needs. * Participate in the recruitment process, primarily by attending selection meetings, updating internal systems, conducting screening, and organizing and attending interviews. * Coordinate with recruiters and other members of the recruitment team following internal procedures. * Create and schedule new training groups. * Assist in and evaluate trainee examinations. * Complete training documentation and reports. * Coordinate and conduct retraining sessions to improve work quality. * Manage uniform inventory and issue uniforms to new employees. * Perform other activities when no training schools are required: floor supervision, workshops for gaming floor staff, and other projects related to staff performance improvement. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education minimum. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Intermediate computer skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * High sense of responsibility, motivation, and determination.
