In this role, you will transform ideas and projects into experiences that support, embrace, and enhance the daily lives of millions of people. 🔍 Responsibilities - Analyze client needs jointly with your supervisor and develop a proposal based on their requirements and your expertise. - Develop concept design for new construction and renovation projects, including renderings, mood board development, furniture selection and specification, finishes, lighting, color palettes, etc. - Participate in documentation for high- and medium-complexity architectural projects, always under supervision and adhering to parameters defined by your leader. - Oversee medium-complexity construction projects, verifying contract compliance, using formal communication tools, and adhering to municipal, national, safety, and environmental regulations. - Prepare complete and necessary documentation for requesting construction quotations. - Verify contractor/supplier certifications or delivery notes. - Conduct technical evaluations of contractors upon completion of assigned works. - Collaborate with your leader on administrative closure of projects, avoiding delays after final acceptance. - Interact with internal and external consultants to prepare technical documentation for installations involved in the assigned project/construction. - Periodically report to your direct reports and internal clients on the progress and status of assigned projects and constructions. - Maintain up-to-date data entry in the department’s management tools. 🎯 Requirements - Graduates in Architecture. (Mandatory) - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D design software (Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, etc.).
