What challenges await you? Manage the entry and accounting allocation of supplier invoices. Validate documentation and perform reconciliations among invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipts. Analyze and resolve discrepancies or deviations in received documentation. Reconcile current accounts and participate in monthly accounting closings. Provide support and assistance to suppliers and internal clients. What do we expect from you? Advanced student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles such as Accounts Payable, invoice accounting allocation, or Accounting Administration. Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles. ERP system proficiency. Intermediate Excel skills.
