Our objective is to assist and collaborate with building administrators and real estate agencies to improve their processes, increase efficiency, and achieve transparency through implementation of our platforms—powered by cutting-edge technology. **Currently, we are looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team to develop and execute B2B acquisition and demand generation initiatives targeting condominium administrators, integrating performance marketing, automation, conversion rate optimization, and continuous experimentation—with the goal of maximizing qualified lead generation** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead management and optimization of Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms) * Develop and maintain manual and automated processes for database updates * Design and execute experiments on creatives, messaging, and formats to improve CTR and conversion * Optimize website and landing pages (UX/UI, speed, value proposition, chatbots) * Develop new scalable lead generation initiatives (webinars, content, tools, etc.) * Ensure proper funnel tracking in collaboration with Marketing Technology * Design automated dashboards for performance monitoring **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing * Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads focused on conversions * Knowledge of funnel optimization and CRO * Proficiency in metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate * Experience with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, events) * Analytical mindset, data-driven and experiment-focused * Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields We offer: * Internal professional development opportunities. * A collaborative work environment with continuous support. * Participation in a team dedicated to customer satisfaction and company growth. * Hybrid work model * Full-time employment under formal labor contract. * Flexible Day If you meet all the requirements, don’t hesitate to apply here or send your CV along with your expected salary to: rh@redconar.com.ar Salary: Starting from $1\.500\.000,00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in digital marketing analytics? * How many years of experience do you have running Paid Media campaigns? * What is your expected salary?
