Your role will be to assist, coordinate, and deliver training according to training and development needs, ensuring the execution of corresponding programs. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, proactive, discerning individual with strong teamwork capabilities and at least two years of experience in similar positions. Key responsibilities include: Scheduling and delivering onboarding sessions. Planning and scheduling technical or staff development training. Responding to inquiries received from internal departments and suppliers. Participating in the implementation of various activities and recording attendance. Ensuring instructional resources are available for each activity. Collaborating in content creation and design. Managing internal resources. Requirements: We target students or graduates in Human Resources, Internal Communications, and/or Psychology. Minimum two years of verifiable experience in similar roles. Experience in training needs assessment and material design will be valued. Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Illustrator, etc.) is desirable. Candidates must be flexible, proactive, service-oriented, and focused on internal customers.
