Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to continue building our future! ### **What Are We Looking For?** A professional to perform the role of Project Manager for the VP Midstream & Downstream Midstream Gas Business. ### **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?** * + Academic background: Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * + Professional experience: 2–4 years in management, administration, or similar roles. * + Specific knowledge: Experience with Power BI dashboards, SAP usage, project management tools, and data analysis. * + Attitude/personality: Management skills, effective communication, results orientation, flexibility, adaptability, teamwork capability, work-life balance, proactivity, and rapid learning ability. ### **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Supporting the feeding of VMC dashboards. * Registering projects in the administrative tool to accelerate the approval process. Standardizing documentation and business cases. * Investment Management Regulation: Applying regulations to the project portfolio (MOC DW). Analyzing VP Downstream and Midstream-specific regulations (PG__-0006127) and assessing their impact on the dynamic between both CdG areas. Applying corporate regulations 2606 (CAI) and 2808 (Investments). * Monthly loading of incurred investments into the SESCO system, assigned to each field. Tracking investment compliance against committed amounts. * Portfolio project tracking: Supporting the project matrix (tracking progress, CAPEX, and critical milestones). Monitoring the status of portfolio projects. Identifying projects lacking submitted business cases, created PEPs, IAP loading, or available amounts in SAP. Tracking the status of reclassifications and provisions. * Expenditure tracking: Comparing actuals versus approved budget (PA). Identifying alerts, variances, and collecting justifications. Monitoring schedules of critical projects. Identifying alerts, variances, and collecting justifications. Preparing CAPEX vs. budget variance reports and cascades performed up to the latest Midstream Gas closing. * Downloading actual production data and assigning it to blocks. * Supporting the DWx Challenge Initiatives Management and the m2 Program. * Monthly collection and tracking of KPIs.
