Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to comprehensively manage an account, coordinating visual communication projects from order placement through invoicing. Key Highlights: 1. Smooth communication with clients and proactive identification of deviations. **JOB SEARCH \| PROJECT MANAGER –** At **Tole Publicidad**, a company with over 40 years of experience in visual communication and corporate branding, we are looking to hire a **Project Manager to comprehensively manage one of our accounts**. The position will be responsible for coordinating projects from work order receipt through production, installation, documentation closure, and readiness for invoicing. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and analyze work orders, scopes, and client requirements. * Develop and monitor production and installation schedules. * Coordinate site surveys, technical documentation, production, logistics, and installation. * Track each project jointly with Production and the Installation Coordinator. * Maintain smooth and professional communication with the client. * Proactively identify deviations, material needs, risks, and potential delays. * Coordinate priorities and delivery dates with various internal departments. * Monitor additional work, scope modifications, and pending tasks. * Verify documentation closure for projects: photographs, delivery notes, acceptance certificates, and required documentation. * Ensure every completed job is properly enabled for invoicing. * Prepare periodic progress, compliance, and pending-task reports. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Experience in project management and coordination, preferably related to signage, construction, civil works, installations, corporate branding, or network maintenance. * Excellent organizational, planning, and tracking skills. * Strong communication and client-facing abilities. * Ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple projects and internal suppliers. * Technical and commercial judgment. * Capacity to resolve unforeseen issues and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in project management tools, Excel, and project tracking systems. * Willingness to travel.
