We seek a methodical, organized, proactive individual with leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities; a strong team-player mindset and excellent communication skills. The main responsibility of this position is comprehensive workshop management, supporting the company’s operational growth. Directing, supervising, coordinating, and planning workshop tasks. Managing and leading the mechanical team, promoting a collaborative and efficient environment. Planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles quickly and in accordance with requirements. Managing budgets, spare parts procurement, and delivery tracking. Monitoring inventories and stock levels of spare parts, tools, and machinery. Identifying opportunities for workshop operational improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing time and resources within the department. Requirements: Proven experience in heavy vehicle mechanics and electricity. Experience in personnel leadership. Organizational ability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making capability. Education: Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Automotive Technology degree. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. Full-time availability (including Saturdays until noon). Offered: Direct employment with the company.
