Job Summary: We are seeking a painter with experience in the preparation and finishing of fiberglass and composite material parts. Key Points: 1. Proficiency in polyurethane painting and gelcoat application. 2. Experience in surface filling, sanding, and finishing. 3. Valued experience in high-quality finishes (polishing). Experience in preparation and finishing of paint (all related to painting) for fiberglass, carbon, and general composite parts. Experience in automotive, marine, or industrial painting workshops will be considered a plus. Knowledge The position requires proficiency in polyurethane painting, use of spray guns, gelcoat application, and surface filling, sanding, and finishing tasks. Proficiency in surface preparation techniques (sanding) is required. Experience in high-quality finishes (polishing), attention to detail, and ability to work in controlled booth environments will be valued. Mandatory Requirements: Residence in Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), Northern Zone. Verifiable experience. Workplace: SAN FERNANDO. Employment Type: Full-time. Employment relationship (subject to a new probationary period).
