The role requires experience in end-to-end event integration, workflow automation, and advanced troubleshooting, actively contributing to the evolution and stability of complex monitoring platforms. ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience with **IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI)** **\-** Strong knowledge of **OMNIbus, Impact, and ITNM** **\-** Experience in **implementation and operation** of IBM Netcool solutions **\-** Proficiency in **event correlation and management** in mission-critical environments **\-** Development and maintenance of rules in: * **\>** **Probe Rules** * **\>** **IPL** * **\>** **JavaScript** * Experience in **end-to-end event integrations** and process automation * API consumption * Proficiency in **SQL databases** * Capability for **advanced troubleshooting** in large-scale environments ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of **networks** * Experience or familiarity with **AIOps** * Knowledge of **performance tuning** * Optimization of monitoring platforms and environments ### **Main Responsibilities** * Implement, administer, and support solutions based on **IBM Netcool** **\-** Design and maintain end-to-end event integrations **\-** Develop and fine-tune processing and correlation rules **\-** Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency **\-** Resolve complex incidents and perform technical troubleshooting on critical platforms **\-** Collaborate on optimizing monitoring environment performance and stability **\-** Support continuous improvement initiatives in high-operational-demand contexts### **Employment Conditions** * Position under **direct employment (RRDD)** * **6-month** project * **100% remote** work mode, except for exceptional cases requiring physical presence ### **Application** If this opportunity interests you, we invite you to apply **through this same channel**, submitting your **updated CV** and indicating your **desired gross salary**.
