





**Job Title: Platform Delivery Lead** **Reports To:** Director, Product Engineering \& Integration **Role Overview** The Platform Delivery Lead is responsible for **driving the successful delivery of platform capabilities** that enable multiple products and services across the enterprise. This role acts as the bridge between **product owner priorities** and **technical execution** , ensuring that platform initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * **Delivery Management** + Own end\-to\-end delivery of platform initiatives, including planning, execution, and deployment. + Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies across multiple teams. + Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards. + Make informed trade\-off decisions between scope, timeline, and technical complexity. + Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning sessions * **Agile \& Scrum Leadership** + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for platform teams. + Ensure adherence to Agile principles and promote a culture of collaboration. + Administer and maintain Jira boards for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and tracking progress. + Ensure proper configuration of workflows, permissions, and reporting dashboards. + Maintain Confluence spaces for documentation, knowledge sharing, and project artifacts. + Drive best practices for Agile documentation and transparency across teams. * **Stakeholder Collaboration** + Partner with Product Owners to understand requirements and priorities. + Work closely with Technical Leads and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality. + Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership. * **Platform Strategy** + Contribute to the platform roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. + Identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and innovation. * **Risk \& Issue Management** + Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. + Maintain transparency through regular reporting and status updates. * **Governance \& Standards** + Enforce platform standards and best practices. + Drive adoption of platform capabilities across product teams. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. * 6\+ years of experience in technology delivery, platform engineering, or program management or product owner. * Proven ability to manage complex, multi\-team initiatives.
