Collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders **Description:** We are looking for a **DevOps Engineer** with proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure in Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires advanced English communication skills to collaborate effectively with international teams. **Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. * Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated deployments and release processes. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of environments. * Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve build and release workflows. * Implement security best practices and compliance standards across cloud environments. * Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations. * Participate in incident management and root cause analysis when necessary. **Requirements** **Must\-Have** * 3\+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. * Strong hands\-on experience with Azure services and architecture. * Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. * Solid scripting skills using Bash, Python, and/or PowerShell. * Working knowledge of Linux servers and system administration. * Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and hands\-on experience with Ansible. * Experience managing or working with Nexus Repository Manager. * Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. * Knowledge of change management processes and best practices. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders. * Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment. **Nice\-to\-Have** * Experience with Rancher or similar container management platforms. * Exposure to cloud infrastructure automation and orchestration tools. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools. **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Proactive and self\-driven mindset. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. * Comfortable reaching out to teammates and stakeholders when encountering challenges instead of remaining blocked. * Strong ownership mentality and commitment to delivering results. * Team\-oriented approach with a positive attitude and continuous learning mindset. **Benefits** * Fully **remote** work arrangement as a contractor. * Competitive salary in USD. * **10 paid time off (PTO) days per year.** * 100% company\-covered **international certifications and trainings** of your choice. * Access to **coworking spaces**. * **English classes** to enhance your language skills. * Engaging **team\-building activities**, personalized gifts, and a **welcome kit** to make you feel part of the team.
