Job Summary: The Procurement Coordinator manages and supervises the operational execution of the team, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing cost-efficiency in procurement. Identify and mitigate risks related to the supply chain, fluctuations in material prices, and quality issues. Develop procurement strategies together with the Head of Procurement and set short-term objectives to ensure availability of required products and services. Validate payment flows and available resources for purchases managed within the department. Consolidate and analyze monthly procurement and savings reports generated by executives. Comply with and enforce applicable policies, internal regulations, and work procedures related to operations and the team.
