Production Operators – Welder, Bender, Assembler, Cutter

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced benders, plasma/laser cutters, welders (TIG and stainless steel), and assemblers for our production department. Key Highlights: 1. Positions involving blueprint interpretation and machinery operation We are incorporating the following profiles into our Production Department: - 1: Bender: knowledge of cutting, bending, blueprint reading, and CNC operation. - 1: Plasma/Laser Cutter: experience operating CNC machinery to cut or engrave materials with millimeter precision using CAD/CAM software. Requires technical skills to adjust power, speed, and gases according to material type (metals, acrylic, wood), ensuring safety, efficiency, and cut quality. - 2: Welders: 1 – TIG Welder: capable of interpreting blueprints; extensive knowledge of TIG equipment and parameter settings (amperage, gas flow); ability to weld in all positions: flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead). 1 – Stainless Steel Welder: expert in TIG welding for stainless steel, delivering clean, strong, and aesthetically pleasing welds; experienced in reading fabrication drawings, piping diagrams, and technical specifications. 1 – Assembler: ability to interpret technical drawings, assembly schematics, and diagrams; assembling metal structures, mechanical equipment, and automated production lines; diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; performing welding tasks (MIG/MAG, stick electrode), oxy-fuel cutting, and component adjustment; willingness to travel.
