Main Responsibilities: Execute the strategy defined by the Board of Directors, ensuring its implementation across the entire organization. Coordinate and align key departments, guaranteeing efficient, results-oriented operations. Achieve economic, financial, and operational objectives, ensuring business profitability. Monitor management indicators, detect deviations, and define corrective actions. Lead strategic planning and business development, driving growth and expansion. Supervise financial, procurement, and operational management, optimizing resource utilization. Lead the managerial team, defining objectives and supporting their performance. Make strategic decisions and represent the company before the Board of Directors. Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and interdepartmental integration. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. What Are We Looking For? Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and departments. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or SMEs. University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Strong knowledge of holistic business management (finance, operations, and commercial). Strategic mindset, leadership qualities, results orientation, and decision-making capability.
