Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Logistics Planner to join our Supply Chain team, responsible for distribution planning, coordination with customers and sales representatives, and order tracking. Excellent work environment A leading industrial sector company is looking to hire a Junior Logistics Planner to join its Supply Chain team. Key responsibilities include: • Knowledge and analysis of management systems to execute long-distance distribution planning. • Ongoing contact with regional sales representatives to align dispatch priorities. • Coordination with customers regarding materials to be dispatched and scheduling of returns, if applicable. • Generation of route sheets for each destination based on commercial priorities, and monitoring of shipments and transit. • Responding to customers regarding deviations and non-conformities. • Scheduling of time grids for both receiving and dispatching operations at both facilities. • Scheduling of raw material shipments to suppliers. • Coordination and tracking of orders with the dispatch department. • Monitoring of delivery deadlines. • Analysis and resolution of claims. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics activities. * Advanced students or graduates in Industrial Engineering or Logistics, University Technical Degree in Management and Production, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel. * Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible working hours, strong customer orientation, analytical ability, and proactive attitude.
