




Job Summary: Perform equipment repairs, inspections, and maintenance; interpret technical drawings and manuals; and troubleshoot issues under supervision or independently. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for training and professional development - Key Responsibilities * Carry out repairs, inspections, and related activities on various products and equipment at customer sites or our own facilities. * Perform maintenance tasks under direct supervision. * Interpret basic mechanical designs and maintenance manuals, assembling and disassembling components to perform necessary alignments and adjustments. * Identify components and explain their basic functions. * Repair and replace parts following equipment technical manuals. * Resolve common issues independently; for complex tasks, guidance from more experienced technicians is required. * Identify the basic equipment structure, locate major components, and explain their basic operation to colleagues. * Ensure the work area remains clean and organized, and that tools and equipment are stored appropriately. * Evaluate low-complexity mechanical systems of assigned equipment, and perform repair, refurbishment, and/or replacement of minor mechanical components such as valves, hydraulic cylinders, etc. (PE). Planning and Reporting * Plan, manage, and maintain the tools and equipment required for service tasks, ensuring their availability when needed. * Report and document results after maintenance and repair activities, and submit them to the immediate supervisor. Customer Support * Provide assistance to customers regarding their product/equipment/processes, suggesting possible improvements. Collaboration with Other Teams and Divisions * Expand professional networks and attend local training sessions. * May be nominated for factory-based training if identified as high-potential (HiPo). * Provide feedback based on challenges experienced in the field. * Participate locally in workshops organized by the Equipment Division. Supervision / Mentorship * Share/transfer knowledge with colleagues to build expertise and capabilities within the technical service area.
