End-to-end project management in Funes and surrounding areas Join Hausing Desarrollos as an Architect Hausing Desarrollos, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an Architect to strengthen its professional team dedicated to project management and execution in Funes and surrounding areas. Main Responsibilities: * Comprehensive architectural project design in compliance with regulatory requirements. * Preparation and management of documentation required for building permit approval and coordination of service providers. * Supervision and control of construction execution to ensure quality standards and approval of corresponding certificates. * Preparation of periodic reports for managerial decision-making. Essential Requirements: * EXCLUSIVE: Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS * BIM methodology (preferably working with Revit). * Prior experience in construction and solid knowledge of municipal regulations and codes. * Residence in Rosario or surrounding areas. * Personal transportation available.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 5 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Knowledge areas: Architecture, Drafting, Construction, Design, Project Execution, Real Estate, Civil Works, Construction Supervision, Construction Administration, Construction Project Management, End-to-End Management Driver's license: B1 Willingness to travel: Yes
