Nice\-to\-have skills: * Familiarity with iLottery or gaming technology platforms * Background in multi\-stream delivery environments ***This is your role*** * Act as Delivery Manager overseeing daily operations across multiple streams. * Apply a standard project management approach with a strong focus on consistent, structured reporting to higher delivery management. * Fulfill Scrum Master responsibilities for day\-to\-day activities while ensuring smooth team collaboration. * Support both Mobile Apps \& Systems (Scrum, 2\-week sprints) and Infrastructure (Kanban) streams. * Deliver unified, coherent, and professional aggregated reports, consolidating input from teams, Tech Leads, and Product Owners. * Ensure alignment with established ways of working without imposing radical changes, fostering stability and predictability in delivery.
