Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to transform the current framework and focus on results, managing campaigns, digital strategy, and customer retention. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Marketing Manager capable of transforming the current framework and focusing on results What are the main responsibilities? Seasonal Campaign Management: design, execute, and measure key campaigns such as Back-to-School, Mother’s Day, and FTTH launches. Digital and Omnichannel Strategy: coordinate social media, SEO, and integration of digital channels with in-branch in-person service. Creative Resources Coordination: supervise the in-house designer and lead audiovisual content production for brand repositioning. Hyperlocal Marketing: implement territorial initiatives in districts such as San Miguel and Malvinas Argentinas through partnerships with local businesses, clubs, and community events. Win-back and Retention: design referral programs and campaigns to recover lost customers, safeguarding the user base. Process Automation: eliminate reliance on manual reporting and ensure real-time visibility for decision-making. What are the requirements?
