Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Vehicle Fleet and Maintenance Assistant to manage repairs, services, and the proper functioning of equipment and inventories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of vehicle and facility maintenance and repair. 2. Coordination of services, suppliers, and general documentation. 3. Responsible for inventory, tools, and IT equipment. We are currently looking for a Vehicle Fleet and Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Buenos Aires. - Mandatory Requirements: Basic knowledge of mechanics. Location: Morón, Hurlingham, Buenos Aires. Proficiency in Excel. Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. Age: up to 28 years. - Main Responsibilities: Manage installation, repair, and servicing of air conditioning units. Manage installation and repair of alarm systems. Manage repair and metalwork adjustments. Manage water and cleaning service providers. Coordinate vehicle servicing, transfers, budgeting, repairs, and RTO. Request towing services for vehicle transfers. Deliver, collect, and receive vehicles with staff. Deliver IT equipment. Sign general documentation, including HR-related documents. Transfer IT equipment for repair. Collect purchases made via Mercado Libre. Coordinate servicing and repairs of hydraulic lifts. Ensure proper functioning of locks at facilities. Vehicle checklist. Report on vehicle checklist. Review stock of tools, PPE, and uniforms. Distribute tools, PPE, and uniforms. Inventory of tools. - Competencies: Proactivity. Autonomy. Adaptability.
