This role will be critical in ensuring an excellent internal experience—analyzing data, managing access, devices, cloud tools, and IT processes within a fully digital and rapidly growing environment. If you’re passionate about this challenge, this role is for you! ️ **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide daily internal technical support to Humanders in Apple environments. * Configure and administer devices (primarily MacBooks): initial setup, coordination of shipments, maintenance, and inventory control. * Perform basic administration of cloud and SaaS tools. * Create and maintain internal documentation processes. * Collaborate with People and Operations teams on onboarding and offboarding processes. * Ensure security best practices and compliance. ️ **What We Value:** * Prior experience in Level 1 support roles at global tech/SaaS companies. * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or Information Engineering. * Solid knowledge of macOS/Apple ecosystem, Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, Slack, Amplitude, HubSpot, Kandji (or other MDM), etc. * Networking and connectivity troubleshooting. * Experience supporting remote teams. * Ability to collaboratively solve problems in an agile environment. * Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently. * Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Strong communication skills. **Join the Humand team and help us transform the future of work!** Our **mission** is to empower people at work, making them happier and more successful.
