Opportunity for professional development Project Manager / Developer – Metallurgical Company Western Zone (Merlo / surrounding areas) We are looking for a Project Manager / Developer to join a major metallurgical company to lead technical and continuous improvement projects within the plant. Responsibilities Lead, plan, and execute technical and industrial projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (production, engineering, maintenance, quality, procurement, and logistics). Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and documentation. Monitor progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Interact with suppliers, clients, and contractors. Develop and implement technological solutions and process improvements. Role Focus (based on profile): Automation / Software Development of production management systems (inventory, traceability, maintenance). Integration with PLC, SCADA, and IoT. Digitalization of industrial processes. Engineering / Product Design and improvement of metal parts and structures. Technical development, drawings, and documentation. Optimization of production processes (Lean / Kaizen). Requirements Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Systems, or related fields). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of metallurgical processes (machining, welding, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in technological or engineering tools: Software: .NET, Python, SQL, ERP, PLC, SCADA. Design: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor. Experience in project management.
