For more information about the Adium Group: https://adiumpharma.com/ Key Responsibilities: Negotiate short-, medium-, and long-term contracts for your subcategories that are not managed by the department head. Implement procedures and best practices for your subcategories. Conduct market research and recommend alternative suppliers. Execute medium- to high-complexity procurement events, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Seek to improve the efficiency of PEA usage across all involved areas, ensuring adoption and adherence to established processes and guidelines. Collaborate with the business to identify needs and translate them into efficient contracts. Incorporate relevant new (preferred) suppliers considering competitive advantages, price comparisons, new tools, processes, and projects. Develop and manage the supplier base while meeting business requirements: service continuity, quality, regulatory compliance, cost, and innovation. Requirements: Key Requirements: More than 3 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, and/or support functions, with a focus on negotiations, seeking optimal terms, supplier management, and project agility within corporate sectors. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Project management. Knowledge of procurement tools + ERP systems. Risk management.
