We seek a professional with leadership, organizational ability, and a problem-solving orientation to ensure construction quality and adherence to deadlines. Requirements Graduated Architect. Age: 35 to 55 years. Proven experience in directing and managing horizontal construction projects, preferably with Steel Frame (not exclusive). Personal transportation (mandatory). Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, organized profile with ability to coordinate work teams. Responsibilities Planning, execution, and control of Steel Frame construction projects. Supervision of construction progress, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Coordination of work teams and management of suppliers. Resolution of unforeseen issues, optimization of resources, and monitoring of construction KPIs.
