Join us! **What will you do?** --------------------- * Manage quality documentation related to customers, launches, and product/process changes, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines and requirements. * Coordinate the release of tooling, production equipment, and control equipment from prototype phase through end-of-series production. * Analyze drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure design compliance and adherence to special product characteristics. * Administer the PPAP process, including timely compilation and issuance of required documentation. * Participate in internal, external, and Quality Management System audits, applying quality tools, capability studies, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, Ishikawa). * Manage internal and external non-conformities, define corrective actions, and support rapid problem resolution. * Plan and execute calibration activities, component analysis, gage plans, and inspections, ensuring full documentation and traceability throughout the process. * Provide technical support and guidance to auditors, inspectors, and metrologists, and develop work instructions and measurement/test procedures. **What does Lear expect from you?** --------------------------- * University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Professional experience in quality methodologies and processes, preferably within the automotive industry; * Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis / G8D, APQP/PPAP, Customer Requirements (Ford), First Article/PPAP knowledge, Engineering Change management; ability to read/interpret electrical schematics, Core Tools (PFMEA / SPC / MSA / APQP); familiarity with IATF 16949 standard; calibration; laboratory testing / sample preparation; * Proficiency in MS\-Office / effective communication, interpersonal skills and leadership / proactive attitude / analytical and problem-solving skills / 8D methodology / team management / coordination of validation teams.
