Position Summary: General Services Manager to ensure the execution of maintenance and facilities activities, guaranteeing operational continuity and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a General Services Manager responsible for ensuring the proper execution of maintenance, facilities, and related services under their supervision, guaranteeing operational continuity and the quality of services provided by the company. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise maintenance and facilities activities, ensuring timely and proper execution. Manage human resources, tools, supplies, and spare parts required for operational management. Respond to and resolve urgent repair requests, ensuring service operability. Manage the performance of assigned personnel through monitoring, feedback, and evaluation techniques. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure proper implementation of safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental standards in facilities under their responsibility. Requirements Technical education: Master Builder, Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Industrial Technician. Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, preferably building-related. Asset and personal security experience.
