Join our Human Resources team! We are currently seeking a Payroll Settlement Specialist focused on the Hard HR area to work 100% on-site. Your primary objective will be to execute the end-to-end payroll settlement process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with current labor laws and collective bargaining agreements, and delivering excellent operational support to the organization. Your main responsibilities will include: Comprehensive payroll management: Conducting monthly, biweekly, final, SAC (Annual Complementary Salary), and vacation settlements. Technical and system management: Configuring and maintaining up-to-date payroll software (Bejerman System). Control and auditing: Auditing settlements to verify data accuracy and legal compliance, generating monthly payroll and variance reports. Procedures and regulatory bodies: Handling expert assessments, lawsuits, inspections by regulatory agencies, and managing the Digital Payroll Book. Submitting union declarations and social security contributions timely and accurately. Employee support: Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding their earnings, personnel updates, and salary advances. What are we looking for? Education: Advanced students or graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar payroll settlement roles within medium- or large-sized organizations. Technical tools: Advanced proficiency in the Bejerman System (mandatory) and familiarity with AFIP / union entity tools. Knowledge: Solid understanding of Argentine labor legislation and experience applying Collective Bargaining Agreements. What do we offer?
