What are we looking for? * Important: Must be able to attend in person four times per week (RVP\-Royal Canin address, Virrey Del Pino, Argentina) * Advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields (currently enrolled in the final two years of the program). * English (Intermediate\-Advanced). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. * Attention to detail, action orientation, and proactivity. What will be your key responsibilities? * Standardize support processes: Design and update procedures, work instructions, and operational diagrams for the department to ensure business continuity. * Drive continuous improvement: Actively participate in at least two improvement projects within the department, contributing innovative ideas and solutions. * Map departmental operations: Document key departmental processes, ensuring clarity and proper structure. * Participate in at least one site-level BPS (Business Problem Solving) initiative that directly involves collaboration with the (Factory Service Center / Finance Shared Services) team.
