Opportunities for professional development within a growing company LOGISTICS ANALYST Location: Pilar Industrial Park Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (fixed shift) Work Mode: On-site Department: Logistics Industry: Food – Mass Consumption We are a productive food industry company focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and product quality. We are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our team. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate truck logistics and merchandise distribution. - Plan daily delivery routes, optimizing time and resources. - Monitor deliveries and resolve incidents. - Verify and record delivery notes, documentation, and proof of delivery. - Inventory control. - Enter and update information in the management system. - Maintain constant communication with warehouse, administration, and sales departments to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements: Education: Technician or advanced student in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within mass consumption, distribution, or transportation companies. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in management systems (SAP preferred). Route planning and delivery tracking. Document control (delivery notes, receipts, etc.). Advanced Excel and IT tool proficiency. Planning ability, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
