Whether performing operational tasks, handling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing information about local events and highlights, Guest Experience Experts ensure these interactions become part of the guest’s overall experience. Regardless of specific roles, there are several fundamental requirements for success (creating a safe work environment, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance, attire, and communication). Guest Experience Experts are constantly on the go (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds unassisted). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable duties as assigned) effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
