Monitoring of progress and costs, and preparation of budgets A construction company based in CABA is looking for a professional (Architect/Engineer) to develop as Site Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress jointly with the technical department. Requirements for this position: * Mandatory university degree (professional license preferred). * Personal transportation. * Availability for on-site work. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Excel and technical software. * Prior experience in similar positions (mandatory). Responsibilities include: * Comprehensive coordination and supervision of construction projects. * Coordination with contractors and technical teams. * Monitoring of progress and costs. * Certification of construction works. * Preparation of quantity take-offs and budgets for tenders. * Preparation, monitoring, and management of price adjustments and cost variation analyses. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, on-site in CABA.
