Responsibilities: Identify improvement opportunities Meet with stakeholders from various departments Understand operational problems or repetitive tasks Identify processes that can be automated with AI Develop practical solutions Create internal tools using AI Build automations Develop agents or systems that solve specific problems Examples of potential solutions: Administrative process automation Document analysis systems Internal assistants Automatic data extraction Report automation System integrations Technical Requirements: Proficiency in tools such as: Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, OpenAI, Python/JS desirable, etc. Proven experience in developing AI-powered Apps and Skills. Soft Skills Passionate about AI. AI evolves weekly, and the candidate must live and breathe the AI world. Proactivity: Ability to identify improvement opportunities without waiting for instructions. Work Modality: 100% on-site work.
