Job Search | Operations Analyst – Plant At CLADAN, we are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Plant team, focusing on administrative–operational logistics management and production process control. Main Responsibilities Manage the ERP system to ensure accurate material and product traceability. Enter delivery notes and operational documentation into the system. Monitor stock levels, inter-warehouse transfers, and goods movements. Record material consumption and declarations in production. Generate and track material requirements. Support and monitor compliance with internal regulations and quality standards. Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory). Forklift operator certification (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within production or logistics environments. Proficiency in management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of production and operational processes. Required Competencies Analytical and planning capabilities. Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement.
