




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage purchasing, accounting, and general administration for a leading SME in the packaging industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage purchases and supplier tracking 2. Stock control and invoice management 3. Support in monthly accounting closings and general administrative tasks A prominent SME leader in the packaging sector is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (Purchasing, Accounting, and General Administration) to join its team. Main responsibilities: Purchase management and supplier tracking Stock and inventory control Entry and verification of purchase and sales invoices Recording of accounting entries Accounts receivable management and current account tracking Payment issuance and due date monitoring Support in monthly accounting closing General administrative tasks Generation of management reports and dashboards Requirements: Advanced student or graduate in Public Accounting (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles Proficiency in management systems (mandatory) Knowledge of FLEXUS system (desirable) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Work location: Billinghurst, San Martín, and surrounding areas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; 100% on-site. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma 2 years of experience Keywords: administrative, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
