Procurement and Planning Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement and Planning Analyst to manage plant-level procurement, purchase order tracking, inventory control, and support for suppliers and Accounts Payable. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and purchase order tracking in SAP. 2. Collaborate with Procurement to implement timely supply solutions. 3. Support the review of material shipment requirements. We are currently recruiting a Procurement and Planning Analyst to join a major company located in the Tres de Febrero district. Main Duties: Review purchase requisitions in SAP for plant-level procurement. Process purchase order generation in SAP and track orders. Monitor and control obsolete materials and inventory. Prepare and send forecasts to local suppliers. Identify and manage any deviations from the procurement plan, collaborating closely with Procurement to find timely solutions. Support Accounts Payable in specific cases where invoice processing is blocked. Collaborate with Third-Party Planners for Chile and Peru to review material shipment requirements to their respective countries. · Requirements Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (Mandatory). One year of experience (preferably) in similar roles. Knowledge of SAP system (preferably). Proficiency in English and Portuguese (preferably).
