




Job Summary: Responsible for payroll settlement, software configuration, advance management, and timely submission of union declarations, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and audit payroll settlements accurately and in compliance with legal requirements. 2. Collaborate with Finance and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll. 3. Extensive experience in payroll settlement and labor legislation. Perform monthly, final, bonus (aguinaldo), and vacation payroll settlements. -Configure and update payroll software. -Input and manage salary advances. -Submit union declarations on time and in the required format. -Audit payroll settlements to verify accuracy and legal compliance. -Generate monthly payroll and variance reports. -Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll. -Collaborate with Finance and other departments in managing personnel changes. -Handle expert assessments, lawsuits, inspections, and payroll books.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 2 years of experience Knowledge: Administration, Bejerman, Reporting, Labor legislation, Payroll settlement, Microsoft Excel, Human Resources Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: analyst
