Ability to manage risks, issues, and escalations across several applications simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder\-management skills. Comfortable working in audit\-heavy environments with recurring annual cycles **Nice to have Skills** Understanding of agile delivery practices (not required to perform SM duties). Experience with governance, security reviews, or technical compliance processes (not required but helpful). Familiarity with audit frameworks like SOC reports or internal control documentation. (SOX \- ISO \- Internal audit) **Job \& Responsibilities**Will work with an assigned portfolio at Tax Support: Governance \& Security Program Management: Coordinate governance activities across Tax Innovation applications, manage the SOC process year\-round, monitor audits, and ensure timely delivery of evidence. Project Management Execution: Lead projects end\-to\-end by defining scope, creating plans, tracking milestones and risks; maintain documentation and escalate blockers when needed. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with teams and SMEs to validate deliverables, facilitate communication between technical areas and leadership, and prepare status reports. AI Governance Program Support: Oversee the AI Governance program, ensuring compliance with global standards and tracking policy milestones related to governed applications. Understand the importance of have a correct information management.
