This position plays a key role in the company's growth strategy, leading development and product teams to innovate, design, and launch new technical solutions while ensuring quality, profitability, and compliance with current regulations. Main Responsibilities Lead research, design, and innovation of new products, processes, and technologies, including coatings and part recovery processes. Coordinate development projects from conception through to production, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with the commercial department to understand market needs and align developments with customer requirements. Oversee technical and manufacturing documentation (drawings, specifications, purchasing requirements) and maintain up-to-date records in the ERP system. Ensure compliance with local and international standards, in coordination with the Quality department. Participate in quotation preparation, support cost management, and promote profitability improvements. Analyze and approve quality deviations, manage first-article samples, and authorize product releases. Implement and maintain the item coding system and technical documentation in the ERP. Requirements Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical, or related Engineering degree (mandatory). Minimum experience: 5 years in similar positions within metal-mechanical, petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industries. Technical knowledge: Materials engineering, metallurgy, welding, and industrial processes; applicable quality standards and regulations; proficiency in CAD/CAM, ERP, and PLM software (desirable).
