We are currently seeking a CNC Programmer/Operator for milling centers and lathes to join a solid and continuously growing industry dedicated to the manufacturing of metal structures, located in Boulogne Sur Mer. Responsibilities: Program, operate, and adjust CNC machining centers and lathes. Prepare machines, perform commissioning, and change tools. Monitor part production according to quality standards. Interpret mechanical drawings. Use measuring and control instruments. Identify deviations, propose improvements, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate effectively with the production team. Requirements: Education: Completed technical secondary education or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. Strong knowledge of: – Reading mechanical drawings – Metrology – Cutting tools and inserts Age: 30–45 years. Residence within 35 km of Boulogne. Skills: Responsibility and commitment. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Conditions: Work mode: On-site.
