




Mission Provide customers with best practices, architecture, and solutions aimed at ensuring technology availability and performance. Responsibilities Participate in pre-sales processes by helping identify and qualify opportunities, deliver technical presentations, and conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to accelerate deal closures. Contribute to the development of clients' technology roadmaps and design implementation plans. Hold regular meetings with team members to prioritize work and address customer needs. Participate in defining solution architectures and act as a technical reference for other teams. Provide time estimations and ensure compliance with SLAs and project timelines. Resolve level 3 support incidents and provide feedback on escalated tickets. Perform 24x7 on-call duties according to the established schedule. Document and supervise internal procedures and client deliverables. Functionally lead team members to help them achieve their maximum potential and talent development. Participate in the lifecycle of technologies by proactively attending events and meetings with vendors. Set up test laboratories to simulate environments and procedures for client applications. Deliver internal training sessions as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of prior experience as a technology consultant or infrastructure administrator in technology service companies (preferred). Proven experience in the role and/or management of virtualization and backup projects (preferred). Availability for 24x7 on-call shifts (one week per month). Relevant university degree. Possession of Veeam Backup certifications (preferred). Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Technical Skills Veeam Backup (Mandatory). VMware vSphere (Esxi and vCenter). Microsoft Windows Server. Servers / Storage, SAN / DELL, HP, LENOVO, EMC, HITACHI, IBM (any of these). **Networking:** LAN, FIREWALLS, Routing, CISCO, F5, FORTINET (preferred) **Cloud:** Amazon AWS, Azure (either one)
