And that's where you come in. **What You Will Do** * Assist Quality Assurance in the reception of national and international inspections and audits. * Actively participate in the creation, review, and approval of documentation related to quality systems within the area of responsibility. * Conduct and manage monitoring of critical services (air and water), as well as track hygiene practices and microbiological trends in production areas and operational staff. * Carry out investigations arising from deviations or OOS results detected in the API manufacturing plant. * Collaborate in conducting internal audits and supplier audits. * Manage resources in the Microbiology laboratory to meet the needs of Production and Quality Assurance. * Collaborate in responding to customer complaints. * Participate in validation teams for qualification of equipment, services, facilities, processes, analytical methods, and general procedures. * Manage the purchase, use, and handling of materials and standards used. * Issue and review area documentation. Supervise analyses and activities performed by sector personnel. **Who We Are Looking For** * Academic level: Graduate professional in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field. * Previous experience of 3-4 years in similar roles. * Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 standards. * English: Advanced level. * Prior experience handling: Autoclave, Biological Safety Cabinet, Laminar Flow Hood. **What We Offer** * On-site cafeteria at no cost. * Transportation with established stops. * Health insurance: OSDE 210. * Annual bonus. * In-company English classes
