




We are looking for a Laboratory Supervisor for our plant in Pilar. **Main responsibilities will include:** Execute internal and official microbiological and quality control programs on raw materials, water, and environmental samples. Prepare analysis records/protocols and trend graphs. Supervise laboratory analyst tasks. Manage inventory of supplies and laboratory analysis costs. Implement the annual interlaboratory testing plan. Participate in the HACCP team. Marfrig's operations in Argentina lead the production and sale of bovine meat-derived and processed foods in the country. There are 4 plants with capacity exceeding 39 thousand tons of hamburgers per year and over 30 thousand tons of other products annually, including processed foods such as franchises and cold cuts. La Morocha, Quickfood, Good Beef, and Gaucho Beef are brands representing some of the world’s highest-quality beef. Marfrig in Argentina stands out for its leading brands, not only in meats but also in processed products such as Paty, a brand synonymous with hamburgers, and Vienissima!, a sausage brand. Requirements Advanced students or graduates in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields. Minimum two years of experience in the food or meat processing industry.
