In this division, we are enabling smarter medical and economic decisions to help transform how people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, over 10 million tests are performed using Abbott's diagnostic instruments, providing laboratory results for millions of people. As a Biochemical Advisor (Diagnostic Equipment), you will have the opportunity to ensure the proper use of marketed products and equipment through education, instrument integration, and technical application support for customers, engineers, and sales teams, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and adding value. **What You Will Do** * Develop and identify skills for product and equipment training, along with planning the complete logistics of assigned training courses. * Instrument integration and verification. * Provide technical support to customers, Technical Support Specialists (TSS), and Call Center to resolve assay and application issues. * Specialized technical support to address customer technical objections during visits with sales representatives and/or specialists, participating in demonstrations, trainings, and scientific education. * Identify and propose optimal processes for customers to achieve the best performance from ADD products and equipment. * Maintain complaint and service records according to international standards and national regulations. * Prepare and deliver service reports to the institution. * Process and comply with all received technical information updates. (Quality Directive, Product Information, Field Action, Technical Bulletin, Technical Service Bulletin, Instrument Service Advisory). * Comply with policies established by headquarters, collaborating with QA and Regulatory. * Support in meeting and/or exceeding Service P\&L: Spare Parts Usage, Labor, general expenses, Customer training. **Required Qualifications** * University degree in Biochemistry, Bacteriology, Clinical Microbiology, or related fields. * Intermediate level English skills (written and oral). * Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Practical experience interacting with customers is preferred. * Experience working in clinical laboratories or blood banks. **Apply Now** Pursue your professional aspirations with Abbott to gain diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
