We are currently looking for a Front Desk Intern for Import Operations to join our offices located in Ezeiza, Province of Buenos Aires. Interested in joining us? Professional Profile: * Students in their 2nd or 3rd year of the International Trade undergraduate program. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Morning shift (with occasional possibility of afternoon shift). * Mode: In-person, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM \- 2:00 PM. Main Responsibilities: * Greeting customers at reception, reviewing invoices and payment receipts. * Processing requests from both external and internal customers. * Ensuring compliance with documentary, regulatory, and quality requirements for clients’ and the company’s foreign trade processes, adhering to agreed L4 and L5 standards. * Reviewing and delivering documents. * Collaborating across all departments to ensure efficient and effective operational flow. * Registering events and documents. * Preparing and breaking down manifests. * Administrative tasks.
