We are currently seeking a **Field Sales Ocean Specialist** to join our Marketing & Sales team at our offices located in Retiro, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. **Main Objective:** You will be the driving force behind maritime business growth by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Your consultative and strategic approach will enable you to deliver logistics solutions aligned with client needs, generating value and contributing to our global network of excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, contact, and develop commercial opportunities with new clients. * Strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients to increase our share in their logistics operations. * Use market intelligence tools to plan targeted actions together with management. * Design and manage business plans, leading implementation according to clients’ specific needs. * Offer logistics solutions aligned with DHL Global Forwarding’s service portfolio, promoting volume and profitability growth. * Exchange commercial opportunities with offices across the international network to jointly address decisions from both ends. * Work on client retention through joint visits with Management and Product teams, ensuring comprehensive support. * Use and keep the commercial management system (S360) up to date. * Gather relevant market information and share insights with the Ocean team. * Participate in RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and collaborate on proper client implementation (SLA / SOP). **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the Freight Forwarding industry. * Hunter profile with high work capacity. * Degree in International Trade or related field. * Solid understanding of the industry sector, its products (ocean, air, land, customs, etc.) and business models. * Advanced written and spoken English proficiency (mandatory). * Knowledge of Salesforce. * Teamwork orientation and strong interpersonal skills. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Service quality and results orientation. * Continuous improvement mindset.
