Summary: Seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Senior Analyst to handle complex HR functions and serve as Tier 2 support, operating with autonomy and expertise. Highlights: 1. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Senior Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for handling high\-complexity HR support functions and serve as Tier 2 support for the Service Desk. They are expected to operate with full autonomy and deep technical expertise. Scope : Americas (Airgas) **Accountabilities \& related Activities** * **Facilitate complex Workday transactions and manage end\-to\-end onboarding/offboarding workflows.** * **Exercise independent judgment to resolve confidential and intricate cases.** * **Collaborate with the Team Lead to optimize workflows and documentation.** * **Maintain a solid understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support** * **Actively maintain Support Services queue through HR applications (Workday and ServiceNow)** * **Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations** * **Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre\-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.** * **Process Optimization \& CIs: Exercise independent judgment to identify and suggest process improvements opportunities that add value to the business and boost processes under scope.** **\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_** ------------------------------------------ **Are you a MATCH?** -------------------- **Education** Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable. **Training or certification** Knowledge of Workday Solutions.
